ORDER ONLINE
You may order prints through the website. In a gallery “room”, click the “Add to Cart” button beneath the product you wish to purchase. To view items in your cart, click the “Shopping Cart” link at the top or bottom of the page. To check out, click the “Checkout” link on the Shopping Cart page. We make every effort to remove sold items from the website immediately. If, however, you pay online for an item that is no longer in stock, we will immediately notify you of the problem and credit your card for the amount.
ORDER BY TELEPHONE
You may call us at 713.622.7531 to place your order. We are open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 5:30 pm and Sundays from 11 am to 4 pm, CST.
ORDER BY FAX OR EMAIL
You may fax us an order at 713.622.0538 or email us at oldprint@sbcglobal.net. Please include item code, shipping and contact information. If faxing, include credit card info. If emailing, please send two emails, each with half the credit card info.
PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check or money order. If payment is by check or money order, we will ship merchandise upon receipt of payment.
SHIPPING
Domestic shipping of loose prints is a flat rate of $7.50 plus insurance based on value. Framed prints are quoted based on size, weight and value. All domestic orders are sent via Federal Express and insured at carrier’s rates. International shipping of loose or framed prints is quoted based on size, weight, value, and destination. Orders are sent via Federal Express and insured at their rates unless requested otherwise.
RETURNS
All items are guaranteed as described. Any purchase may be returned for a full refund within 10 working days as long as it is returned in the same condition as sent. We request that we be notified of any return and that the items be shipped by the same method as sent. Upon our receipt of items we will issue you a full refund or credit.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your name, shipping address, and billing address are saved in our system when you set up an account. Your credit card information is not saved. We will never share your information with anyone. We do mail a brochure informing customers of new acquisitions. You may take your name off of our mailing list at any time; simply let us know you no longer wish to
receive our brochures.
