Title: SCHLAVONIAE, CROATIAE, CARNIAE, ISTRIAE, BOSNIAE FINITIMARVMQVE REGIONVM NOVA DESCRIPTIO, AVCTORE AVGVSTINO HIRSVOGELIO (A new representation of Sclavonia, Croatia, Carnia, Istria, Bosnia and their regional borders, by Augustinus Hirschvogel). From Theatrum Orbis Terrarum, Antwerp, 1603

This is a fine full-color example of Ortelius' map of the region, centered on the Drag and Sava Rivers, extending south to the Adriatic, near Zara, east to the Danube and West to Triest, Meron, Villach and Karlsberg. These lands represent the western-most limit of the Ottoman Empire in Europe.
